Our process
How we work with international productions, step by step.

Initial enquiry
We receive the script, treatment, preliminary budget and operational needs. Within two weeks we reply with a feasibility assessment, an estimate of the accessible cash rebate and suggested locations.

Technical and financial assessment
If there is mutual interest, we carry out a preliminary scout (photos and video of candidate locations), a technical breakdown of needs and a detailed financial proposal. This step may require a production visit to Colombia.

Contract and structuring
We formalise the co-production or service agreement. We structure the tax operation to maximise the cash rebate. We hire local crew, secure locations and handle permits.

Shoot
We run the production with our own crew or a mixed crew, as agreed. We cover production management, logistics, transport, catering, accommodation, permits, insurance and relations with neighbouring communities.

Post-production and delivery
We coordinate local post-production or delivery of materials to international post. We manage the certification of expenditure before Proimágenes Colombia for the rebate payout.
For productions arriving with a locked script and approved budget, we can deliver on tight schedules. For projects still in development, we provide advice from the earliest stages.
