Legal framework
This policy is governed by Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Law 1266 of 2008 and their implementing regulations, compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015.
Data we collect
Through this site's contact form we collect only the data you provide: name, company (optional), email address, type of enquiry and the content of your message. For security reasons we also record the IP address from which the form is sent.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
Purpose
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to follow up on any business or professional relationship arising from it. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.
Your rights
As the data subject, you may at any time:
- Access, update and correct your personal data.
- Request proof of the authorisation you granted.
- Be informed of how your data has been used.
- Revoke your authorisation or request deletion of your data.
- File complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
How to exercise them
Write to tonal.eg@tonal.group with the subject "Personal data". We will answer enquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15) business days, as required by law.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete them when no longer needed or when you request it.
